This is a banger for sure! F.U.B.A.R. is a military slang for "fucked up beyond all recognition". It includes heavy riffing, heavy vocals and a driving drum beat that punches through everything in its way.

One And Only is a straight forward and groovy hard rock song, with a catchy chorus and melodic hooks. The song starts off with a memorable guitar riff which is the main formula.
